You'll receive the tracking number of your order, from order to delivery, we track every order.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

When you place an order on Raw Unfiltered, you’ll receive a confirmation email. 

Our team process the order within a day and carefully hand it over to our nominated carriers.

You receive a tracking number, enabling you to track your product from order to delivery.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

You have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided it hasn’t already been picked and packed.

Please email us as soon as possible at buki@rovk.tv and we can amend the shipment address for you. 

TAXES / CUSTOMS DUTIES

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
