Discovering and developing new modelling talent for the global industry. I exist upstream of agencies. My role is to find, refine, and introduce.
Through RAW Scout I discover and develop new faces for the global modelling industry. I work quietly at the point where talent first appears, identifying individuals with natural presence, distinctive visual identity, and the potential to operate at a professional level across commercial and editorial markets.
Discovery. Development. Submission.
Discovery
I source new talent directly from real environments: street scouting, referrals, and organic discovery. I am not interested in experience or self-presentation. I look for proportion, presence, and photographic instinct that reads immediately on camera. Each discovery is treated individually, without formula or volume-based selection.
Development
Once potential is identified, I develop talent through a focused photographic process designed to establish agency readiness. Test shoots, digitals, and directional evaluation to understand range, adaptability, and commercial positioning. The aim is not transformation. It is clarity. I refine what is already there until it can be read by agencies without interpretation.
Submission
When a model is ready, I handle direct submission to selected modelling agencies through RAW Scout. I approach agencies on her behalf, submit curated portfolio materials, manage initial communication, and represent the model as her discovering scout throughout the process. Final representation decisions always remain with the model and the agency.

My Principles
Discovery Over Manufacture
I do not create models. I identify them. The potential either exists or it does not. My role is recognition, not construction.
Development Before Exposure
No submission happens without photographic readiness. I will not approach an agency until I am confident the materials represent the talent accurately.
Discretion in Process
I operate quietly and selectively. Every discovery and every submission is handled with respect for both the individual and the agency.
Direct Industry Alignment
I engage only with established modelling agencies and recognised new face divisions. I know who to approach and how to approach them.
The Representation Model
With explicit permission from the model, RAW Scout is authorised to:
- ›Approach modelling agencies on models behalf
- ›Submit photography and development materials
- ›Communicate directly with agencies regarding potential representation
- ›Represent her as the discovering scout during submission and evaluation
I do not sign models. I do not manage careers. I open the door.
Model consent required before any agency approach. No exceptions.
Signing fees. I do not charge models.
Agency submissions handled personally, not through bulk platforms or databases.
