Every RAW Shop order ships free, worldwide: prints, clothing, and anything else in the shop. I cover the carrier cost so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for delivery.

Standard shipping is free on every order to every destination I fulfill. No minimum spend, no product exceptions.

Pieces are produced after you order. Printful's average fulfillment window is 2–5 business days before the parcel leaves the print facility.

UK: about 3–6 business days in transit. Worldwide: about 3–12 business days in transit, depending on destination and carrier. International routes can take longer during peak periods.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order is with the carrier.

If items in one order print at different facilities, they may ship separately. Each parcel gets its own tracking.

International deliveries can attract local customs fees or import taxes. Those charges, if any, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in free shipping.
Returns apply to all orders. How a return works depends on why you are sending it back, following the same split Printful uses for quality issues versus change of mind.
Covered by us
If something arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or never shows up, contact me. I will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the item in these cases.
Return shipping charged
Wrong size, wrong piece, or you simply changed your mind: you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you on all orders. Once I receive and inspect the return, I refund the product price. Original outbound shipping stays free; it is not refunded because it was already covered by me.

I confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Ship the item back unused, in its original packaging where possible, using a tracked service. Return postage is at your cost.
After inspection, I issue your product refund to the original payment method.
Personalised or made-to-order pieces may be excluded from change-of-mind returns when marked as such on the product page. Brazil and other regions with statutory cooling-off rights are honoured as required by local law.
